Bruce Smith’s background includes 10 years as a geophysicist with the United States Geological Survey. He acquired and practiced his construction skills during 22 years of living and working at the Odiyan Buddhist Retreat Center in Northern California, where he built temples and living quarters, excavated lakes, and managed water systems. While at Odiyan, he supervised complex projects which required a great degree of specialization and innovation. Since leaving Odiyan in 2001, he has worked as a remodel specialist in the Sea Ranch area. Bruce brings his 30 years experience, communication skills and dedication to his clients and their projects.

Lillian Mattimore, design coordinator for Copper Sky Construction, is an award winning artist who brings her skills to design and materials selection for remodel clients. With more than 30 years experience painting and teaching, Lillian brings her depth of knowledge of color, texture, and materials to the remodel process. She understands how site, space, and color interact with each other in order to create the look and feeling her clients seek in their environment. Clients may hire her to fully accessorize their newly remodeled space. Lillian has degrees in psychology and management, which she calls upon to integrate her skills with the demands of a large project. She is available to help Copper Sky's clients with the many design choices inherent in remodeling.
